Daniel is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional who has extensive experience working with mass market, high net worth, and business owner clientele.
Daniel began his financial planning career in 2004 after graduating from Drexel University with a degree in finance. In a short 11 years he has carved his path from entry level employee to firm partner as of Jan 1, 2015. In his role as Partner with SimoneZajac Wealth Management, Daniel is responsible for long term strategic business planning, actively involved in new business development, serves as a lead advisor with existing client relationships, and is charged with leading negotiations on strategic business acquisitions.
In 2014 Daniel began writing about his experiences and opinions regarding financial planning on his blog www.financeandflipflops.com. For his work, he has been named to the list of the top 50 Financial Advisor Blogs and Bloggers per a February 2016 article from Kitces.com (Top 50 Financial Advisor Blogs And Bloggers) and a list of the 100 Most Influential Financial Advisors on Social Media per a March 2015 article from Brightscope.com. Daniel is a sought after speaker who most recently was invited to speak at the Financial Planning Association (FPA) Minnesota Symposium on Business Succession Planning in the financial services industry. He has spoken about financial planning to corporations such as Sunoco, Sunoco Logistics, Boeing, Energy Transfer Partners, and TV Guide, to name a few. In addition, Daniel has been a guest lecturer to the graduate school of business at St. Josephs University. Lastly, he teaches an 8 hour continuing education courses in several major US cities including Chicago, NYC, and Philadelphia.
Daniel resides in West Chester PA with his wife Nikki, son Oliver, and their dog, Niles.
